License Agreement

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (the end user) and International Dance Acclaim (IDA). It refers to the materials sold by IDA, which includes the tier video files, music files and teaching notes (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Program”). This Program is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

International Dance Acclaim shall retain all the rights to the intellectual property contained in this Program and as such authorize it for use only by either the individual or the studio facility (hereinafter known as the “Purchaser”) for whom or by which it was purchased. You are purchasing only the non-exclusive right to use this Program, and are acquiring no rights to the Program itself.

As the purchaser and end user of the Program, the following restrictions apply:
You shall not at any time:

  1. use in a public performance, the whole or any part of this Program, without first obtaining written consent from International Dance Acclaim (see above for contact information);
  2. use the Program or any part of the Program for anything other than what it was designed for (i.e. dance class and awards use only);
  3. allow to be made, or make, any copies of the Program video, audio and/or the teaching notes, for any purpose other than for use in a school (or studio) affiliated with the Purchaser in a manner for which the Program was designed (i.e. dance class and awards use only);
  4. transfer or grant any rights to use the Program to any other person or entity;
  5. place any portion of the Program files on the Internet or in any other downloadable format;
  6. infringe upon the copyright of any materials supplied with this Program.

This license Agreement and your use of the Program are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations located in New York, New York for resolution of disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Program.
